Attending Pinchot represents a major investment. Though education is an investment in one’s future with an excellent cost-benefit ratio, it is an investment that must be thoughtfully planned for. To help you understand the costs associated with your education, the student Tuition and Fees are outlined below.

Costs are per year and do not include books and course-specific fees (estimated at between $50 and $200, depending upon instructor requests), Graduate Exam fees (if applicable), incidental fees, travel, and supplies. Tuition costs include cost of administration and materials as well as distance learning support.

Special Tuition Programs

For Couples

A 5% couple discount is available to married or partnered students when both spouses/partners are attending Pinchot at the same time. In order to be eligible, married couples must present a copy of their marriage certificate and partnered couples must provide a copy of their state domestic partnership registration or proof of shared financial obligations.

For Immediate Family Members

A 5% family discount is available when two or more siblings and/or parents within the same immediate family are attending Pinchot at the same time. This discount is not available to students receiving institutional financial aid.

For Groups

Group discounts are available for three or more students who work for the same employer. This option is not open to students receiving institutional financial aid.

Advance Payment Option

A 10% tuition discount is available to students who pay for the full academic year for their program in advance. Tuition payment must be made in one lump sum; no payment plans are available for this option.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

Note: Pinchot appreciates students paying by check or electronic funds transfer (EFT).

QUARTERLY OPTION

This is the customary and default option with full tuition and fees due on or before each quarterly tuition due date. This plan incurs no additional fees.

MONTHLY OPTION

To set up a monthly or annual payment plan, students must contact Student Accounts at least one week prior to the tuition due date to request a payment plan. The monthly payment plan must result in the student account being paid in full by to the end of the quarter. A $20 monthly payment plan fee will be charged for each month for the length of the payment plan.

Tuition Deposit

Congratulations on your acceptance to the Pinchot! To begin your enrollment, please pay the tuition deposit of $550 for MBA and MA students, and $250 for Certificate students. The deposit will be applied to your first quarter tuition. If you have any questions regarding the deposit please contact admissions@pinchot.edu.
