Career Services at Pinchot

Pinchot graduates are highly engaged in their fields and are excited about taking on great challenges in the world. Our emphasis on career development, leading edge job seeking strategies and our extensive network is why we have a job placement rate on par with leading business schools. Our graduates practice what they preach – and employers notice it. Alumni are engaged in a myriad of industries, with the most common being food systems, business consulting, sustainability, energy, finance and education. Some graduates choose to start their own ventures, while a majority bring a spirit of intrapreneurship to existing organizations.

Developing and Advancing your Career

Career Services information is located on our internal website, the Commons, where you’ll find centralized career support at Pinchot. All of these resources have been specifically designed with the needs of the Pinchot community in mind. Key features of Career Services at Pinchot include: a Job Board, access to career workshops, one-on-one career counseling sessions and career support groups.

Impact is not just about getting the job; you have to be able to perform once you’re there. Through our employer satisfaction survey, employers have expressed time and again how well-prepared and knowledgeable our graduates are, reflected in our 86 percent employer satisfaction rate. These employers continue to seek Pinchot learners and alumni in their goal of finding the best minds in sustainable business and organizational leadership.
